Hello! My name is Nathan Maulorico. I'm 45 and have been a film and television Camera Operator since 2001. I was born in Los Angeles, raised in the midwest, and started my career in New York. My camera work is credited on over 60 tv shows and movies. I hold three Bachelor of Science degrees in Advertising, Public Relations, and History. I enjoy traveling, taking photos all over the world, studying film history, and of course, watching a ton of movies and television shows.
My Reel Friend is a way for me to share movies and experiences with people that need it most. When I'm not filming a tv show or movie being the friend of a senior, patient, or someone in need of a social caregiver is a way to help my local Ozarks community in a way only I can offer.
My own life experiences as a caregiver and movie friend for years allows me to understand that there are so many unique situations, medical needs, routines, and even just breaks needed in life. I want to support the people that need and want a caring person to be around them. I will listen, talk, be silent, share, and watch all while bringing a little bit of enjoyment to someone's life. There's no judgement about whatever the situation is either because a real friend is just there to create some positive experiences and memories.
I've learned that the most valuable asset in life is time so it's of the utmost importance to make the most of that time. That's exactly what My Reel Friend is all about, making the most out of our life time!
